Strengthening body & mind with Aerial Dance Fitness
Classes for total beginners: no previous experience needed!
We will start with our feet close the earth, don't you worry, familiarising ourselves with the fabric by hanging our bodies on- and into it in various, easily accessible, playful ways...
Not more than five or six students per class.
Advanced classes: if you have already been attending one of Lisa's 4-week Aerial blocks and feel quite confident with the basic skills learnt there, you should give those practice sessions a go. Lisa will show you new movement patterns and guide you towards working with more hight safely.
Kids classes: these are for all younger aerialists-to-be!
Whether a first-time explorer or more experienced tissu-climber, in these classes children between 5 and 14 years can learn new skills and expand their movement horizons in a fun way.
